Chocolate in a Bottle is a French sparkling Blanc de Blancs infused with Belgian chocolate and hazelnut. Crafted by a Flemish sommelier and French winemaker, it’s been a European favourite for over a decade and arrived in Australia in 2024. This masterclass includes a guided tasting and expert pairing tips.
